The hotel had a comfortable room, although small as is typical in Europe. They kindly refunded a night's stay without me asking, so I didn't want to cause any inconvenience by requesting a room change. The room had a very strong cigarette smell, which was a bit off-putting. The service was exceptional, especially in the dining room, but there were some minor issues like removing my shampoo bottle and leaving a broken soap in the room. They didn't wash out a glass with old wine in it after cleaning the room. On the upside, they presented the food beautifully and were very attentive, even helping elderly guests with their smartphones. The location was very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from one of the main sanctuary entrances in Lourdes. The dining experience was average, with limited breakfast options and items that seemed cheap. Despite some downsides, the hotel is close to the Shrine and Grotto, making it an ideal choice for those visiting Lourdes.
