Hotel Saint Sauveur Lourdes, Lourdes

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room was small but comfortable, and the staff was accommodating. The location was excellent, very close to the Grotto. The dining options were average. The facilities were sufficient for my needs.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was superb, right near the Grotto entrance amidst bustling shopping and dining spots. The room, however, had some downsides like single beds and a tiny bathroom. The service was polite and helpful overall. The dining experience left much to be desired with repetitive breakfast options, but the facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was just what I needed - comfortable and warm, right in the heart of shopping & restaurants near the Grotto entrance. The rooms were cozy and neatly vacuumed during my stay. The service was outstanding, with the staff being both friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The location was remarkably close to the Sanctuary of Lourdes, making it ideal for travelers. The dining experience offered a good selection, especially for breakfast. Overall, it was a great value for money.

The hotel had a comfortable room, although small as is typical in Europe. They kindly refunded a night's stay without me asking, so I didn't want to cause any inconvenience by requesting a room change. The room had a very strong cigarette smell, which was a bit off-putting. They didn't wash out a glass with old wine in it after cleaning the room. On the upside, they presented the food beautifully and were very attentive, even helping elderly guests with their smartphones. The location was very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from one of the main sanctuary entrances in Lourdes. The dining experience was average, with limited breakfast options and items that seemed cheap. Despite some downsides, the hotel is close to the Shrine and Grotto, making it an ideal choice for those visiting Lourdes.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with friendly staff in a great location. However, there are minor improvements needed in room lighting and breakfast quality. Overall, a good value for the money.
